Katie Quinn 

My name is Katie. I am an Online Coach working to get women to be able to perform their best physically and mentally without the BS or the burn out. 

I've been coaching almost 8 years, a large majority of the people I coach are in a state of burnout, through the stress of work, life, family and everything in between. How on earth are you supposed to look after yourself in the midst of all that?! 

That's where my programme comes in.  

A little about me.

I've been where you are right now, going on my very own journey "just to see" if having it all was possible without the burnout.

I was unfit both mentally and physically, for me, I didn't want a "fluffy" approach, I wanted structure & direction, and the know how behind it all. No one seemed to be able to provide me with this - especially as a woman. 

This is exactly why I've made it my mission to create a programme that does that for women. So that you can be an absolute operator.
