My name is Katie. I am a coach for women who are sick to death of burning out and you've finally lost you sh*t for the last time.  I have quite the no bullsh*t approach to it because I'm determined to not let burn out become your permanent state. 

I've been coaching almost 9 years. I won't give you the usual spiel of how I was overweight and had an awakening, but I truly believe we do not have to accept burn out as the standard.
