My name is KT. I am a coach for Gay & Queer women who need a No bull sh*t approach to improving their health and wellbeing.
A little about me. I've been coaching almost 8 years, after going on my very own journey to improve my health both physically and mentally, I knew it was my mission to help others do the same and be the absolute operator they want to be.
I've trained 100's of people within the LGBTQ+ community to be and feel their best including sculpting a physique they are proud of. Eventually creating The Break To Build Programme.
