My name is Katie. I am an Online Coach working within women in the LGBTQ+ community to be able to perform their best physically and mentally without the BS or the burn out. 

I've been coaching almost 8 years, a large majority of the women I coach are in high stress roles and need to make their health, fitness and mentality a priority.  

A little about me. I've been through my very own journey from unfit both mentally and physically, for me, I didn't want a "fluffy" approach, I wanted structure & direction, no one seemed to be able to provide this specifically to women.

This is exactly why I've made it my mission to create a programme that does that for women. So that you can be an absolute operator.
